Today is the 100th anniversary of Heydar Aliyev, the national leader of the Azerbaijani People. As a only muslim who was one the leaders of the Soviet Union, and the founder of the Republic of Azerbaijan at the nineties of the 20th century, he has devoted his whole life to the prosperity of his country and marked the history with his superior statesmanship skills and outstanding personality.
Being a source of pride for the whole Muslim world as a powerful country, especially after the second Karabakh war which ended up with the liberation of almost 30 years occupied Azerbaijani lands, today Azerbaijan plays an important role in the international scene and honors the precious memory of its National Leader.
Taking this opportunity, on behalf of Muslim Youth and on my own behalf, I commemorate Heydar Aliyev with respect and convey my best wishes and congratulations to the brotherly people of Azerbaijan.
