ICYF delegation headed by Mr.Taha Ayhan had a meeting with Mr. Jorge Chediek, Envoy of the Secretary-General on South-south Cooperation and Director. The meeting was about activating the MoU process between the two institutions. During the meeting, parties had an exchange of ideas and discussed the possible ways of advancing further cooperation, the future youth projects including internships and the follow-up mechanisms.

The United Nations Office for South-South Cooperation (UNOSSC), hosted by UNDP since 1974, was established by the UN General Assembly with a mandate to promote, coordinate and support South-South and triangular cooperation globally and within the United Nations system.
