The ICYF delegation headed by H.E. Taha Ayhan, the ICYF President was received by H.E. Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan (Russian Federation) on 30 September 2021, in Kazan. During the meeting, the parties discussed further cooperation and ICYF activities to be held within the framework of 1100th Anniversary of adoption of Islam in Tatarstan in 2022.
