H.E. Taha Ayhan, the ICYF President condemns in the strongest terms the Swedish government’s permission to burn the Holy Qur’an in front of the Turkish Embassy in Stockholm, describes this heinous act as another phenomenon of Islamophobia encouraged by some Western governments, and demands the concerned authorities in Sweden to immediately withdraw its decision. The forum’s President also calls on the forum’s member organizations to condemn this hatred crime in the strongest terms and launch campaign to prevent burning the Holy Quran via various social media platforms.
