On behalf of ICYF and on his own behalf, H.E. Taha Ayhan, the ICYF President, congratulates the brotherly People and Government of Azerbaijan on the occasion of the 4th anniversary of Victory Day, which culminated with the liberation of its territories from almost 30 years of Armenian occupation.

The ICYF President also pays tribute to the dearest memory of all martyrs who fought heroically in the First and Second Karabakh War and sacrificed their lives for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
