ICYF delegation headed by Mr. Rasul Omarov, ICYF Director-General participated in the Global Youth Festival held on 26-30 June 2024, in different cities including Samarkand and Tashkent of Uzbekistan. The ICYF Director-General delivered speech on behalf of the ICYF President at the high level opening ceremony of the Festival and Youth Forum of the OIC Countries organized on the margins of the Festival.
