A delegation led by the president of ICYF, H.E. Taha Ayhan, was received by dignitaries from the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Deputy Ministers Intiqam Babayev and Ferhad Hajiyev. Both parties expressed a strong desire to work together in matters relating to youth empowerment and the involvement of the youth in key sectors of socio-economic development. His Excellency, Taha Ayhan also took this time to convey his condolences once again to the Republic of Azerbaijan in light of the recent loss of H.E. Azad Rahimov, the minister of youth and sports who was a strong supporter of youth development and the promotion of youth-led initiatives. The parties also vowed to continue working together on matters of mutual interest, mainly the development of youth businesses and supporting youth-led projects.
