H.E. Taha Ayhan, the ICYF President has received the OIC General Secretariat’s delegation composed by H.E. Ambassador Ahmed Sareer, Director of Political Affairs and H.E. Ambassador Dr. Hassan A. Hassan, Director of the Legal Department and Mr. Bahareelden Gamareldeen, professional at the Political Affairs of the OIC General Secretariat, at the ICYF Headquarters in Istanbul, Turkey on the margins of the Global Youth Action Countering Islamophobia event held on 4-5 August 2021 in Istanbul, Turkey. The OIC General Secretariat commended activities and programs that are implemented by ICYF in the sake of youth betterment and highlighted the importance of close coordination and consultancy between two institutions for the further implementation of events successfully which the parties have already conducted during the meeting. The parties also discussed areas of mutual interest and vowed to continue doing more for the betterment and the empowerment of Muslim youth in the OIC region and beyond.
