Congratulations to Niamey for Being Selected as the OIC Youth Capital 2023

In its capacity as the Selection Committee of the OIC Youth Capital International Programme, the ICYF Executive Board has selected Niamey of Niger as the OIC Youth Capital – 2023 among other candidate cities of Isfahan of Iran and Dakhla of Morocco on its 10th meeting held in Istanbul, on the 27th January 2023.
