Job Title: Assistant Expert at Education and Training Department (P-1)
Overview:
Since 2019, the ICYF Education and Training Department has been conducting education and training activities. The department is primarily responsible for organizing MOIC simulations and establishing MOIC clubs across the OIC region and in countries where Muslim minorities reside. The department has reached hundreds of universities and thousands of students and alumni over 73 countries. Education and Training Department also executed in the development of ICYF Digital, the Diplomacy Academy Program, the Diplomacy Academy Scholarship Program, and other exclusive programs, as well as other tasks assigned by ICYF’s top management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Assistant Expert in the Education and Training Department will be responsible for:
• Organizing, archiving, and tracking department tasks, programs, missions, and reports as assigned by the Director of the Department.
• Assisting in the establishment and follow-up of MOIC Clubs in OIC member states and countries with Muslim minorities, in collaboration with relevant colleagues.
• Preparing progress reports on department-related projects and programs, especially MOIC Clubs and trainees, and submitting them to the Director in a timely manner.
• Actively working on recruiting MOIC Club members and participants for all department-related programs, in coordination with colleagues.
• Assisting in the preparations and logistics of both online and offline training programs and events.
• Actively participating in and assisting with MOIC Simulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Social Sciences, Law, or Management or similar majors,
• Proof of relevant previous experience
• A minimum of 2 well-spoken and read languages where one of them is required to be English. Turkish is the must language due to the nature of the job.
• Microsoft Office, and other work related digital and computer skills
