On behalf of ICYF and his own behalf, H.E. Taha Ayhan, the ICYF President, commemorates with profound respect the dearest memory of all martyrs who fought heroically in the Second Karabakh War and sacrificed their lives for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The ICYF President also pays tribute to Azerbaijani innocent civilians and military personnel who have died due to landmines planted by Armenia since the First and Second Karabakh War.
