On the margins of the OIC Cultural Activity held Jakarta & East Kalimantan, Mr. Rasul Omarov, the ICYF Director-General has participated in a high level panel session dedicated to youth empowerment organized on 10 July 2023, at the Islamic State University in Samarinda.
