On behalf of the Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum, ICYF President H.E. Taha Ayhan strongly condemns and denounces the storming of the Al-Aqsa Mosque at dawn today by the occupying Israeli forces, attacking worshippers and arresting more than 500 Palestinians.

Such practices are not compatible with any of the international norms and traditions, nor with international law, which stipulates not to attack the holy places and those present in them, especially during the blessed month of Ramadan, a month in which peace, tranquility, and the spirit of brotherhood must prevail throughout the world.

He insistently demands that such hostile measures against the Al-Aqsa Mosque and its worshipers, as well as any future seclusions, not be repeated while also renewing his solidarity with the brotherly Palestinian people.
