On 11 October 2022, Mr. Rasul Omarov, the ICYF Director-General had a bilateral meeting with Mr. Mansour Elh Amani, the Special Adviser to the President of the Republic of Niger, at the ICYF Headquarters, Istanbul, Republic of Türkiye. Discussions centred on building a collaborative partnership towards the development of the youth in Niger.
