On 24 April 2019, ICYF President H.E Mr. Taha Ayhan attended Turkic University Union Fourth General Assembly held in Khodja Ahmet Yesewi University in Turkestan, Kazakhstan. Mr. Ayhan presented ICYF initiated programmes particularly ICYF Iqra Program for youth mobility and exchange, Young Business Hub and OIC Intern Project. Also Mr. Ayhan stated that ICYF would gladly be ready to cooperate with respected member universities of Turkic University Union for further ICYF projects.
