5. The 46th Session of the Council of Foreign Minister (CFM) is taking place in Abu-Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Ministers and the high-level officials from the member and observer states of the OIC, as well as OIC institutions, attending the Session to implement the OIC’s general policy by adopting decisions and resolutions on matters of common interests.

Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum (ICYF), an international institution affiliated to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) is also participating at the 46th Session of the Council of Foreign Minister.
H.E. Mr.Taha Ayhan, ICYF President, is leading the ICYF Delegation in this meeting. The ICYF delegation is composed of Mr.Rasul Omarov, Director General of ICYF and Mr.Serkan Kucukberber, Director General of Cabinet.
