The opening week of the 5th ICYF Diplomacy Academy “Introduction to Diplomacy : Theory & Practice” was held on 7 November 2022 with H.E. Ambassador Volkan Bozkir at the ICYF headquarters in Istanbul. ICYF President H.E. Taha Ayhan welcomed the young attendees & invited guests and thanked the ambassador for sharing his experience with aspiring young diplomats.
