Istanbul, 20 August 2008. The 12th day of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games brought another gold medal for the OIC countries. Ramazan Sahin brought the Turkish delegation their first gold medal in Beijing, thanks to his victory over Ukraine’s Andriy Stadnik in the Men’s Freestyle Wrestling 66 kilogram final on August 20. This is also Wrestling powerhouse Turkey’s first Wrestling gold medal in Beijing.
